It took me about 1 1/2 weeks. I got cancer and had to cancel my cruise in January 2020. Got everything back and received a check in the mail or I could have it deposited in my bank account. Easy peezy. Just make sure you have your documents and proof. I also had cancel for any reason added on my policy.

I will be flying into Heathrow 1 day before my Carnival cruise sailing from Dover and decided to use National to get into London/Victoria Station. Way cheaper only $12 bucks! I want to stay near Victoria Station for easy shuttle pick up the next day. I looked at the Clermont London and Beverly Hotel which states a 7-9 minute walk from Victoria Station. Is this a doable walk with luggage? Any other suggestions? I'm traveling solo.

How long does this process take? I want to go into Rome on my b2b. The shore excursion meet up is at 9-9:30am. Will I have enough time to make my excursion?
