I heard there are sea lice in Barbados (Boatyard in particular). Has anyone found this to be true? It's little baby jellyfish stings right? I had them as a kid and this is the beginning of our Bachelorette cruise, would prefer not to be covered in spots the remainder of our trip!

I'm thinking of doing this on our Southern Caribbean cruise on the Fascination next Feb. Has anyone done it? How hardcore is it? Does your group have to pick one boat together or can you split off and race each other? We're a bachelorette party of 6, so it might be fun to split up and have some friendly competition!

If you go to the site that's in the top right corner of your tickers, go to "create a ticker". Once you choose your options make sure to copy and paste the script that is for cruise critic (I believe its the one all the way at the bottom so you'll have to scroll down). The first time I did it, I tried copying and pasting the wrong one. Is this what you did?
That worked! Thank you!!!

When we got back and gathered our things, we decided to move to the other side for the rest of the day. This would be the picture I sent back to friends and family at home.
We were ready for a drink
Then of course we would find out that there is a limited amount of drinks to pick from
This would be my pick of course
Hey there! We're going to the Boatyard next year. Can you explain why there's 2 prices next to everything on the menu?

Oh that's too funny! *inserts foot into mouth*
Score 100 for my alma mater then.
Sorry this is random but how did you get the ticker in your signature? I tried making one to match my others but I can't get it to work!

Psshhh...Spartans. Its always those darn Spartans! See, if she had chosen the right school (aka: U of M) she may have learned to have more decorum on that last cruise :o. lol.
JK of course (about the school that is) :p And I don't even know if she went to State. I just noticed your siggy
Ironically, she's my one friend that DID go to U of M! I think she didn't get it out of her system in college (should have gone to State!)

She'll have just turned 30 the day before we set sail, so who knows. We were 22 last time we cruised and a lot more innocent back then (thank you catholic school). I don't think she's the type to do anything illegal like that but with booze flowing in a confined environment who knows. But given that she'll be 30 and a practicing attorney now, I think maybe she'll be more responsible and more private than last time 😝

I'm not planning on doing anything like this, LMAO! But I'll be with a bit of a rowdy bachelorette crowd and I'd want to warn them ahead of time. Last time I cruised my friend had some pretty heavy petting with a guy on the serenity deck...nothing "kick off the ship-able" but we were much younger then.. who knows what she'll be up to this time!

What happens to people caught fooling around in public? Does this happen frequently? Do they get a slap on the wrist or kicked off the ship?

5 single ladies on a bachelorette cruise on Fascination 2/18/18

Just a heads up for all you gentlemen out there thinking of what cruise to pick next. :-)

5 single ladies in late 20s on Carnival Fascination Feb 18 2018! Hope to see some of you there :-)

I'm 28, and hosting a bachelorette party with 4 other single girls (+future bride) all in their late 20s this Feb. We'll be on the Fascination Feb 18th! This will be my second cruise, my first was the Glory in 2011, I was 22 and met my last boyfriend on that cruise. He only lived 3 hours away from me and we dated for 6 months. So far I'm 1 for 1 finding love on the sea :-)
-
Oh, it's saying they're still working on excursions for this cruise so it's probably too far away. Sailing date is 2/18/18

I'm actually not seeing the departure times on the desktop site either. Am I doing this wrong? I'm looking on say, this page:
https://www.carnival.com/shore-excursions/st-thomas/tree-limin-extreme-zipline-tour-434091
and I still don't see the times?

Thank you both! I'm new at this! Much appreciated :-)

Hi all!
I'm wondering if there is somewhere to look up what time a shore excursion begins? We are a bachelorette party in our late 20s and would love to plan accordingly - knowing what days we can sleep in and what days we shouldn't party the night before. Or what excursions to plan or skip based on how early they start. We'll be on the 7 day Southern Caribbean cruise on Fascination in Feb!
