How exciting that is is finally here! My neighbor got home yesterday from her cruise, she enjoyed it. My Mom is on one as we speak. Have to say I am a little jealous since mine wasn't what I had anticipated. Hate to complain about a vacation especially a cruise. Wish I cold say planning one soon, but Hubby said wants to wait a few years before another. We are planning Florida in Dec. with the kiddies, an all inclusive resort next spring, and possibly a trip to Alaska the year after that. Lots of to do's on our traveling list some with, some without the kiddies :)
Great job to all staying on track, we have been here as well, myself better than the DH, but not seeing any movement in the scale.

Hello everyone. Have been so good, but cheating tonight. Going to the "card" party with all the yummy food I had talked about before and got out of last month. Going to try to enjoy the food in moderation. knowing I have a plan and will be working out, I don't think it should be a problem :)

Insanity workouts are great, already noticing changes in my body.
Eating seems to be in check so will keep doing what I am doing.

Glad all is well with everyone. Although I don't have any cruise to look forward to at this time, I want to stay in touch :)
Back on the game plan for me and my Hubby has decided join me.
Went and stocked the house with lots of fruits, veggies and lean meats.
Next vacation for us looks like a trip to FL with all 4 kiddies in Dec. then an all inclusive March/April 2013.

Back from vacation. Cruise was ok, not nearly as nice or as good of food as our last one, but a vacation so can't complain. I worked out and ran almost everyday. Out of 8 days ran or worked out 6 of them and tried to keep my eating in check. No gain so I am happy :)

Guess what today is???????:D
Yep leaving this afternoon after the kids get off the bus. Going to stay down near the airport because our flight leaves at 6:40 AM> We have a restaurant and a bar at the hotel so I will be eating out tonight. WEnt to my Boys Cub and Boys Scout potluck last night and didn't eat too well. Thank goodness I only really had a protein shake all day and did Insanity.
Sounds crazy but I am bringing the DVD with me just in case I have a chance to do it. I know I will be running though because I love to run outside and it is my passion, so might not need the Insanity while on vacation.\
I am not going to completely sabatoge all of my hard work. I will run use the gym while on he ship ( I did last cruise) and eat semi healthy while not on the cruise. I have packed my protein powder. We are staying with relatives so we won't have to eat out all the time. Hope my plan works and I don't come home weighing a bunch more than I left.
Good Luck Ladies, Be good while I am gone and I will report back in when I get back...or maybe while I am on vacation. LOL

Had a fun night out, didn't go crazy with food or drinks. My friend and I are sharing Insanity I am starting a week 2 since I am used to working out. So we will see how that goes today.
The next few days are going to be crazy busy which will make them go by even faster:)

Going to work out and eat well today because will be enjoying some beers at a bowling benefit tonight. Probably some junk food too...just a little. Think I mat try the 55 cal beer. Then I can have more and hopefully not do too much damage to all my hard work. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!

I get to try insanity workout this weekend, it sounds like I amm in for a real treat.
Yesterday was ok went over on calories ate chinese food but no dinner. Exercised but that chinese food is pack full of calories. Now going to be good till we go except a few beverages tomorrow night.

Yesterday was another good day. Good Eating and 2 workouts. Today I am traveling in the car between 4-5 hours total with my HUbby and plan on stopping for lunch. I am having a light breakfast, packing a snack(fruit) in the car and going to try and squeeze in a quick workout. Depending on what time, where and what I eat I may be skipping dinner and having just lettuce:) This is my attack plan for the day! Only 6 more days and still want to lose 3 pounds but coming to the conclusion it isn't realistic.
What is yours??

our Dinner consisted of Crock pot Ribs, one red skin potato, one cheddar cheese biscuit and salad.Told my HUbby NO chocolates and NO dessert. I am going to my kids school PTO Meeting tonight and we usually go for a couple drinks afterward but I am opting out of that and saving my drinks for Sat PM when we go out. Trying to be so good but the scale has stopped, plan on getting 2 workouts in today, usually can on Wed. Tomorrow might not have time during day.
So bummed cause I am bloating this week and will be "uncomfortable" next week for my vacation, right when we go on our cruise. Not too happy about that and am sure hubby won't be either, but what do you do?
7 days from exactly right now I will be getting on a plane, can't complain about that:)

haha! Thats funny, I kinda do that too Mimic what I know they are gonna say next. I bought Jillian Michaels ripped with weights today and did level 2, it was a good workout, glad for a little change up. 2Whey protein shakes with a banana today so i am doing pretty good. Now just portion control at dinner. :)

1 Week until we leave for vacation, and 10 days till cruise.:)
Did my typical Jillian workout yesterday then a friend let me borrow Hip HOP ABS. Did a 30 min workout of that but not as intense of a workout as I had hoped. Oh well that is why I like to borrow those things first to see if it is worth buying.
Trying to get my household ready for us being gone and the business, starting to get overwhelmed and my oldest has 2 major projects before we go and one when we get back. Had a purse/bag party and waiting for those to come in later this week so I can pack, I hate waiting for things.
Today I plan on doing a killer arm workout and elliptical, protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and ribs and salad for dinner. Hopefully no chocolates from Hubby or kiddies;)

Sounds like everyone did pretty good. I did ok too. No work out yesterday, very busy and hadn't had an off day in 9 days.
Now I am on the home stretch and going to work hard this week. Going out Sat for drinks with friends so I will work hard all week, eat before I go and drink lower cal beer.
Friend is going to let me borrow either insanity, p90x or turbofire for the week so I can switch it up and hopefully get rid of these last pesky pounds.

Way to go everyone, Ladyd especially your son!
I had a 31 bag/purse party last night and was very good ate light all day, worked out, and made "healthier" snacks for the party. I did splurge and made a Moscato punch...YUMMY had 3 glasses and was worth it! I am down another pound so anything I did yesterday hasn't caught up to me.
Today's dilemma: Supposed to go to a Euchre tournament tonight with my husbands family, they play once a month, potluck. He had already volunteered to help the neighbor work on his pole barn after work. SO here are my excuses for not going but ultimately just because I cannot resist these peoples food:o IT is a feast I tell ya! No babysitter, no partner and not feeling great. all of which are true but if I really wanted to I could make it happen. Am I being crazy??? Really want to do well only 10 days till vacation and not at my goal.
By the way LOVE chocolate and wine!!!

still waiting to see another drop in the scale, but not letting that deter me. Ate SUbway yesterday (UGH) but got my workout in. Tonight I am hosting a 31 bag/purse party. I am going to buy some healthy snacks so I can enjoy an adult beverage or 3:) Happy Friday and good luck this weekend....lots of will power to us all!

Ok busy day ahead, will get asked to go to breakfast after prayer group, may go have coffee. One thing I can resist eating out is breakfast. I will also be having Subway for lunch, I love the Buffalo Chicken thinking I may still get it on Whole wheat with no cheese and without the extra Chipotle mayo I usually order. Then only eat half instead of half and another piece. No Diet Pop either, water it is.
Come home this afternoon and get an arm workout in before the kiddies get home.
This is my plan and I'm sticking to it:)

No worries ladyD Start today new and keep going. Don't let a slip deter you from your goal. I ate Olive garden yesterday, did Jillian before we went and ran 4 miles after. So today amp up your workout and eat healthy and you will see results we all have those days or weekends :)

Fruth~ Love 30 day shred but like ripped in 30 better. Maybe I think I do because I was tired of 30 day shred. Both very good workouts that are great for days when you don't have a ton of time to workout. Good luck!:)
