Did Oceania charge you a fee to cancel since now they have added a fee.

Now that starlink is being added to all regent ships by the end of the year hopefully similar to what Oceania has done permit at least 2 logins per cabin. It will help with Regents reputation for inclusions as well as satisfaction for those sailing.

Whatever they change to it seems that looking at the bottom line price of a cruise is what's important. We get free gratuities based on our status, but don't drink much. We do like to do Oceania excursions. Hopefully they will provide shipboard credit based on length of the cruise for our free gratuities that we get prior to this change. Also, discount will still be given based on number of excursions booked as they do now. I will be looking at the whole picture when determining to book a cruise on Oceania.

How far in advance can you request the onboard credit for owning the stock. Our cruise is a year away?

Anchorbuoy were your flights booked through regent. We can be assured of our schedule if we book flights ourself.

We are booked next year on a regent cruise with a precruise tour. We liked the pretour so much we decided to book the cruise. In the fine print it says if you don’t show up the first day of your land tour your hotel is cancelled. I hate to arrive any earlier for the tour and cruise since the pretour is already 4 days in advance and pickup is included from the airport day of cruise. Has anyone experienced this? It seems if you let hotel or cruiseline know flight is delayed they should hold your accommodations and remaining pretour once you can get there.

Does anyone know what that means? Book now and confirm later. Oceania recently changed their deposit policy so if you switch a cruise or cancel even a year or so in advance you loose your deposit. Has this changed? The new policy had stopped me from booking cruises to far into the future, even though in the past when I booked way in advance I’ve always ended taking the cruises booked.

Did they update the wifi to starlink? If so how is it?

November fares are cheaper than January fares. So increase is not as great as it first appears but is still expensive.

Marina is schedule for a refurbishment in May, 2024. It is unclear is all balcony cabins will be updated? I know they will get new carpet etc. But are the plugs, and bathrooms being upgraded.

We were on the Vista Oct 16-Nov2 and loved the cruise. However, we were disappointed with the shows because we thought Oceania had improved the entertainment. This was our 10th cruise on Oceania. For a 16 day cruise only had 3 production shows and quality was no better than previous cruises. We enjoyed most other aspects of the cruise so we will continue to sail Oceania. Service was fabulous and the food including the new dining restaurants was wonderful!

Not happy with new policy after 9 Oceania cruises. So many changes at once has us looking for alternate cruise lines and land tours.

When we booked our Vista Cruise of 10 days cancellation was no charge greater than 121 days. Has this policy changed and if so when?

From reading this it sounds like 2 logins will be provided! Doesn't mention only under simply more!

We are booked on the Oceania vista in October not with simply more. I had heard that everyone will get two logins per cabin. Does anyone know if this is correct?

On the 01/09/24 Oceania is not providing any discount for those that switch to SM nor before SM were they providing a discount for those that booked a certain no of tours. This cruise is on the Vistal

When we booked our July 31 14 day cruise on Holland Americas Rotterdam we were assured by Holland that they could test us at no charge on embarkation. Now they say if we are not pretested they will charge $60 per person to our onboard account. I feel that we are being taken advantage of. Bait and switch after booking and making final payment. I know testing is Important but we would told Holland would provide it at no charge if we are unable to be tested before we leave home.

I know the ship isn't launching until Nov 22. Has anyone been able to book speciality dining if they've booked this ship? I haven't been able to.

I spoke to Oceania today and they informed me I should be getting this 5-7 days before cruise.

Does anyone know if Oceania is still mailing out luggage tags and the blue customized booklet before your cruise?

Since starlink is up Regent should permit two logins for each cabin similar to Oceania ships with starlink!
