A couple of questions please.
Does the Retreat sundeck supply sun tan lotion as I am sure I have seen a photo of sun lotion bottles somewhere.
Do you have to keep your finger on the button of the hairdryer to make it work.

I made a bid for a suite with an amount over the minimum bid but have just logged onto my booking and it says it has expired. I am now trying to up my bid but it wont allow me to do this on any category. I have tried to make a mock booking and there are a lot of suites still available so I am unsure why I cannot put in a new higher bid. The sailing is in September.
Sorry for asking my question here but would appreciate any reply.

If you go into the Lounge and order a drink it would be free but if you are sitting on a lounger outside you will have to pay for a drink ? I understand you would definitely have to pay for one in Luminae.
I just want to confirm this is correct before I consider making a bid.

Can you please tell me if you make a bid online to a Sky Suite and you haven't bought a drink package will you receive free drinks in the Retreat Lounge only but you will have to pay for them elsewhere on the ship.

Can you bring on a pack of coke etc if you purchase it from a supermarket when you are in port or can you just bring it on the day you embark.

Does anyone know the cost of a bottle of Jack Daniels and a bottle of Baileys in the shops on Celebrity Ascent. I can then decide whether to purchase them at the airport or wait until we board the ship.

We have booked the hotel in Civitaveccia before our flight home so we need transfer from ship to hotel in Civitaveccia.

Sorry Emmas Gran for not acknowledging your reply.
As I said we are wanting a transfer from the cruise port to a hotel in Civitavecchia and cannot find a company that will do the short transfer from the actual port to the hotel and due to my mobility problems I cannot get on a bus so I am still asking if anyone can advise me.

Can anyone please tell me if there are taxis or a private transfer company that can come into the in cruise port that will take us to a hotel in Civitvecchia on Sunday morning. I note some companies will only transfer to Rome and not into the town of Civitvecchia.
I have mobility problems and am unable to get on a shuttle bus with luggage and need to be picked up inside the port.
Our hotel has let us down with transfers and I am desperate to find someone to pick us up from the ship that will transfer us to the hotel near the train station.
Please can anyone help.

For some reason it has now disappeared on my Visa Card pending and the email says “upgrade unavailable” so for some reason I wont be getting a bid upgrade this time even though there is availability.

Can anyone tell me how you get to know if your bid has been accepted on a cruise.
My bid up email says - unavailable - but my credit card shows it is in my pending and has been for 4 days.
I have not received an email to let me know whether my bid was successful or unsuccessful so not sure what is happening.
Can anyone please advise.

Boryis - where did you see the “move-up” bid on your reservation as I have looked at mine and can't see anything.
Does this mean it has been rejected even though the email still says Pending.

Does anyone know if Celebrity send MoveUp emails for sailings that look like they are sold out.
If you receive one would you advise to make a bid or not bother.
