  1. Do you have to book direct with them to get the other discount. Our deposit is tied up with a travel agent for a cruise in June but now this wont go ahead so we need to move our deposit to a cruise in June 2022 so we dont lose our deposit.

  3. Can anyone please tell me if you receive your onboard credit is in pounds or dollars as when we made our booking it was shown in dollars on the invoice we received from our travel agent. When I go onto Oceania and register our booking it is showing onboard credit in pounds. Many thanks
  4. Does anyone know whether it is better to buy the premium package on the ship or before you sale. Do they do special offers for it once you are on board. Many thanks

  6. Liz Did you book this cruise direct with MSC or through an agent. Did you get s good deal because of the change in our cruise. I have told our agent we are not accepting the on board credit. I don't know how we stand to get our deposit refunded. Happy to give you my email address for your reply. Thanks
  7. Liz I received an email from our travel agent today to say MSC have added 200 euros to our booking. We are not going to accept this as it is a totally different ship to what we originally booked.

  9. Hi Liz sorry think I posted my last one again. I managed it by doing it on my phone and found Web Check In. Not happy at all as they have allocated us a cabin and not even told us. We are in the Yacht Club which is totally different to the Yacht Club we booked on Seaview. It is very disappointing as had hotels boobked before and after the cruise. I have emailed our travel agent to let her know how unhappy we are but dont know what will happen about our deposits. What has happened to yours Liz.
  10. Hi Liz thank you for your reply. I have tried to get in via Voyagers Club but cannot find web check in. Our cruise is on 26 February but do not want the Fantasia as older ship and been on Splendida. Can you possibly send a link to get into Voyagers Club to see if I can try it that way. So disappointed like you are. I hope we can get our deposit back as it is not our fault or yours. Many thanks

  12. Can anyone please tell me how to access my booking as every time I enter my booking reference it wont let me in and UK is not listed. We are supposed to be on the Seaview in February but have heard this has now changed to the Fantasia which we are not happy about so I want to see what my booking says. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  13. We will be sailing very soon in the Yacht Club and wondered if you get any laundry or dry cleaning at a discount price. If not does anyone have any prices for dry cleaning etc. Many thanks
