I be done three f journey cruises and several b2b. I love them both and agree with much of the pros and cons listed with one major exception. I find the turn around day on b2b to be a pro. Its the only time you nearly have the whole ship to yourself. There is usually about 45 minutes that the ship is at "zero count" ( meaning everyone that needs to be off from the first sailing). The crew is busy getting things ready for that he first passengers to arrive and it is super pleasant.
Th recommend both

I'm thinking trying NCL as I've heard about the solo traveler deals and discounts. I just retired and wanting to get the best value for my dollar. Most of my previous cruise experiences have been on Carnival. I'd love to get your thoughts and advice
Thanks so much for the tips and suggestions

Hello all
I am booked on a cruise to Bermuda and just want to know if they have any special Covid19 regulations. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted and will carry my card. Do I need anything further ?
Any recent sailing experience would be appreciated
Thanks

I have walked in the main dining room during brunch and told the hostess I'd like to order my complementary brunch beverage. They send over someone to me and they take my order once they bring it to me I leave out and enjoy it wherever I like

I took an amazing cruise a few years back that sailed out of PR and had great ports of call Was hoping to do similar trip again but couldn't find anything I believe sales out of San Juan. Does anyone know if/when carnival will resume this itinerary?

Hi @Gari🙂
The information listed on Carnivals Website; on the Prohibited Items & Exemptions Page; it states in the (Exemptions List) that fans brought onboard are to be no larger than 12" in diameter.

I will be taking a couple of cruises this summer and would like bring a fan to use in my cabin. Tried the Carnival FAQ to see what the regulations are and wht size/type of fan I can bring. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated. Sometimes the rooms are just too warm for my comfort.

Turning Platinum on Second Leg of B2B
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
I use a Carnival PVP and when I was in a similar situation (for me it was my first B2B and it was the second leg that I would move from platinum to diamond). He told me he would connect the bookings and I should be diamond on the first leg. Fortunately I was but I did meet up with a friends that used a private vacation planner and she wasn't advanced to diamond until her actual cruise which was the second leg of her b2b
Good luck and have fun
