Thanks. I wasn’t asking about the free cruise certificate or cash in value. If I want to book through the casino how much off the published rate are casino rates? Typically take two cruises a year and donate a few thousand each cruise to the casino n

Typically how discounted are rooms booked through the casino program? Specifically two bedroom suites.

We travel with three young children and have no issue taking them out of school. They’ll learn far more seeing the world than being lectured about it by someone who probably hasn’t seen the world them self.

I should've clarified, we're on Adventure and as far as I can tell, it's MDR, WJ, and Cafe for complementary, correct? 3 options is a little light compared to a MDR, Buffet, and complementary Guys and Blue Iguana at least on most Carnival.
Three weeks ago on Jewel those were the only lunch options. Very weak. We commented on the survey about this.

Thanks for your thoughts. The drinks are so cheap to them that my now disgust stems on principle. Literally right now I am having an email exchange with Bellagio and they are kissing my ass over an upcoming visit of mine. Last time I was there I ran 80k though the machines in a night. Very disappointed that royal evidently cares more about the cost of a bottle of well booze than my cash. Sure I could run the money through but I won’t to “qualify” for something. Saddened to learn Royals players club sucks so bad. I didn’t know this. Oh well. Their loss. I’ll just take that much more to Vegas in a few weeks. BTW on a casino “won” cruise now so they must surely know me from the three cruises I played on in last year....

How do drinks work in the casino? Earlier this year I got invited to Club Royale. Or at least I thought I did. (Had some heavy casino play on recent cruises.). So on jewel now and told no free drinks in casino until I hit 1,000 points.

On Jewel now. First time on this class of ship. She’s in great shape. We’re having a good time. I would like to openly suggest that somehow more lunch venues should be available on port days. Today we are in st Martin and not planning to get off the ship. (Been here many times.). AFAIK the only lunch is he windjammer. Not impressed by it. It’s not bad just not great.

I used to really like celebrity. The menu had changed. I do not like the new stuff.

I told you. High quality ingredients. Freshly prepared.

Fine. Steak Diane meat quality was crap. Eggs aren't fresh. Bread isn't fresh. But my biggest complaint is beef quality. It's bad.

Mdr service has been fine. Not exceptional but adequate. Food has been a major let down.

It's all cheap ingredients. In my opinion quality ingredients should be simply and freshly prepared. And speak for themselves. The food on this cruise is bad. Where had the good food gone? The cruise you reference was Grandeur. Was crap there too. Including speciality dining. Yes I am critical of this because it had been better. This feels so cheap. No happy. Who to complain to who will make changes? Spent a bunch of money in ur casino, is the host there able to fix ****?

Been this way most meals. The great food that inspired us to sail Celebrity had been replaced with crap. Have a two week European booked for next summer. Going to explore other options when we get home and possibly cancel the Celebrity cruise.

Main dining room and buffet. Very cheap ingredients. Left both hungry. I don't eat slop.

All I can say is wow. The food is like slop. Very cheap ingredients. I'm actually at the point of being angry. This isn't the Celebrity I came like really like. This is a joke. Shore excursions also are pretty bad. Frankly I'd fire people over how things have gone. This company should be ashamed.

Was on allure a few weeks ago in a suite. Ate in CK and found it so so. Food wasn't impressive, neither was service. But overall that is consistent with Royal dining establishments. A larger menu in CK would have been welcomed.

Yikes. Seems tough. Does it go any faster at the airport if traveling in J and not Y?

How do-able is an 11:00'ish morning flight out of FCO back to the states?

Hello. Looking for opinions and advice. In a few months we are flying to Amsterdam for a cruise. Myself, wife, and three kids all under the age of ten. We are flying nonstop from Dulles. Anyway, the KLM flight lands at 7:40am. We have the transfer booked with celebrity. Will we be able to go straight to ship? What to do if not, with three jet lagged kids and two exhausted parents? What are some tips and recommendations for this scenario. Thanks for your thoughts!

Ate there last week. Service was sub par. Food not that great. Wouldn't go there again, even if free. royal could do so much more. Disappponting that they don't.

Ordered it once last week. Was a step up from previous menu but still feels cheap. Arrived within a half hour of ordering. Got a quesadilla and bar drink.

Travel agent

Hello. what is reasonable to expect from a travel agent in my situation? I’ve organized 29 cabins (2 suite, 2 interior, 25 balcony) for a five day to Bermuda on Anthem. Is it reasonable to expect the TA to give me free stuff like beverage packages, speciality dining, spa packages, or not at all? Royal gave a credit based on the one for eight arrangement. Nothing more from either royal or the TA?
