  1. Previously I have always cruised with Royal. Would you say that Norwegian is similar to Royal? And what's everybody's opinion on Harvest Caye? Is it too crowded with things to do or for those have been on Royal would you say it's similar to Labadie where there's the crowded area but then there are still a little secluded area?

  2. Thank you. That was what I was hoping to hear. I still can't figure out why they can't find something to take people's belongings to the beach in order not go get wet. As I said, even an inflatable raft. Do they provide towels on the beach/in the boat? I mean, I don't want to sit on the beach eating in my wet suit without my cover up! (HORRORS!!!) If I did not want to swim that much, is it still worth it to spend the day on the boat? Also wondered about seeing the island from the boat. Do they kind of circle around the island and point things out? That's why I want to do this excursion over another land excursion. TIA. As I mentioned, we did Spencer Ambrose on St. Lucia. Had never done an excursion like that before and it was just the BEST and I think everything is going to compare to it!

Its an awesome trip even if you don't snorkel. Beautiful sights and speed boat is a blast. On our trip the driver had a wet bag we could share when we got off for lunch.

  3. Please suggest your favorite beach and tell me what makes it your favorite beach.

My family will be visiting in June for the day we have been several times and are looking for a new beach.

We'vd been to Orient (beautiful but to commercialized and crowded), Maho (fun for a quick stop and bite to eat), Grand Case(had lunch and a quick stop), Friars Bay (stunning and loved how secluded), Pinel Island (fun stop loved the iguanas)

Where do you suggest and why?

  4. It is an app that allows you to access certain information on board. Get it from the app store now. Activate it once onboard.

It will show you all of your reservations. It has the cruise compass. Sometimes it lets you make reservations, if it is working.

It is free to download and free to use as described above. You do not need internet access. It works on the ship's intranet.

There is a feature that you can purchase. It is $7.95 per phone and allows you to text each other.

Awesome thanks. So you can use it with your phone in airplane mode?

  5. There is no dynamic dining.

You may have traditional fixed time dining - first or second seating. You will be assigned to a specific table which will be on Deck 3, either in the Grande or Chic dining room.

You may have My Time Dining. You may make reservations online, ahead of time, or on board. Those dining rooms are on Deck 4. Those dining rooms are named American Icon and Silk.

The same menu is offered in all four. There will be a different menu for each night of your cruise.

    Thanks!

Are any of the other restaurants free or all have a fee besides main dining, buffet and snack places?

  6. Tours Plaza is awesome! Used them a couple weeks ago and Victor was awesome. Went to the local flea market, San Gervasio, down the east coast where we saw the most stunning beaches and even a salt water croc then ate at Playa Bonita, fajitas were to die for!
