Thanks...you all have been very helpful!

Since you're driving, I'd strongly recommend using the valet parking. Worth the extra 20 bucks in my opinion.
We arrived around 10:30 and although crowded & busy, getting onboard was no problem. For disembarkation we did the self-assist first group at 7:15 (we had a suite so only a short wait in the card room then we were off, the other self-assist crowd gathered in the dining room did appear quite large, so that must have been a bit slower to move out). Once in the terminal the CBP check was moving swiftly, and I really liked having no declaration form to fill out (y)
Now the best part -- gave the ticket to the parking attendant and our car was there in about three minutes. We were out of the lot and on the road (with almost NO traffic) in no time at all. I guess the key to this would be to disembark with the first group as early as possible.
I always do valet at Tampa..well,worth it.
Ok,you mentioned being in a suite, did the concierge walk you off?
I'm Pinnacle so wondered if he/she does that( like on other ships). I hope to be amongst the first off.

Question about the cabins........what do they supply as far as toiletries??

Trying a studio cabin on Epic for the first time so been busy researching any info I can on those..lots of info on the cabins but not finding much on the Lounge.
Would love to hear all about it..
Is there a real bar? Snacks? Special hours for those? Costs?
Please help me fill in all the blanks that you might think can help. Any info will be appreciated.
Thanks

My experience with Terminal 6 for cruise on Rhapsody Nov 26 - Dec 3-
We used Uber from hotel to port - I agree signage was lacking - we missed the turn and had to turn around at the next terminal. No problem with check - in (as Emerald) - we were on the ship in less than 30 minutes from arrival, boarding as soon as we checked in (maybe 2 or 3 parties ahead of us in line to check in - so we never needed to be seated).
Departure went very smoothly for us. We had tags #6. We arrived in the Broadway Theater around 8:30 for a projected departure time of 8:45. Our number was called shortly after we arrived; we took an elevator down to Deck 4, took a rather circuitous route through the dining room rather than straight through the centrum (crowd control I assume, though it was not crowded at that point in time), off the ship, grabbed a porter who found and loaded up our luggage and escorted us through customs and immigration, and then found us a taxi back to our hotel in Brandon. We were back at the hotel loading our car by 9:15.
Thanks!!

Surely, someone has been on BR lately and can share...
OR do I have to just go myself and let you know??;p

"HA" line?
Good question.
I realize RH goes out of Terminal 6 too,but I really want to know how it was on the Brilliance.

I've seen reports of pool deck noise from people in deck 14 CP balconies.
We weren't bothered by the pool deck noise last month. The band plays occasionally but that is during the day.
Most times we weren't even in the cabin
The noisy part was being next to the crew service area...cabin 14629..never again!
-
Ugh..not sounding very promising.

Going on BR next month.
Been reading horror stories esp about disembarkation.
Would love to hear any recent experiences and maybe, just maybe it has gotten better?
And what about embarkation? Is that ok?

Kathy I posted information on Terminal 6 on the Florida thread.
Thanks
Thanks!

While I am quite familiar with Terminals 2 and 3 in Tampa,I have not been to the port since they started using terminal 6.
I am not sure of the setup for parking......is there self parking and/or valet???
ANYTHING you can share about this terminal will be most helpful.
I am going in Feb.
Thank you

Just had cabin 14629......really was excited for the large balcony.....that did not disappoint, but it was too noisy with the crew area next to it......day and night.....
I know there is a crew elevator that goes up between decks 9 and 12.Right next to these cabins............deck 14 has the storage area,,,,
Never again.....
We did miss seeing the ports as we pulled in and away .......
