    We just got back from this cruise!

    I will try to do a full review later but been gone 15 days, so lots to catch up on!

    But briefly

    Would do it again in a heartbeat

    Crew was outstanding

    Customer service outstanding

    Food was good to very good

    Ports were great. ( in love with Budapest)

    It was NCL or Carnival..don't remember what ship...maybe been on too many cruises! (Nope!). I bought 6 to take back for some friends on the ship. Put them thru screening and the girl said you have doughnuts, I said yes and she said she would have to keep them, I thought she was kidding. She said that there was no non packaged food allowed back onboard.

    They also did not allow a couple with burgers back on the ship. As I said, the security guards at the gate were very happy! I wonder if the people on the Anthem actually got them onboard?!

    Hi there,

    I did the Wildlife Sydney a few years ago...we got off the plane, checked in to the hotel and headed to Darling Harbour and went straight to the Koalas. It was fabulous and although we bought a picture, they let us take as many as we wanted on our own. It was my first Koala experience and one I will always remember.

    I have been on this cruise twice with NCL and based on my experience, Russian immigration is very slow and there was only our boat in the first time and two in the second time. We had priority because of suite travel and it was still slow. I can only speak to my experience...we used SPB both times and they were fabulous. I would communicate with which ever one you are using and relay your worries and see what they say! I think all the major companies are completely interested in making sure you have a great time!

    By the way, it is a trip of a lifetime...enjoyed it so much we did it again!

    Star Family Suite front rooms question

    Hi there

    Stayed in 12522, problem with jogging track minor..favorite cabin ever!!!

    The problem one sea day morning with some one on the jogging track at 6am! Heard the thumps as he went over us. Called guest services and it stopped in about 5 mins. The jogging track was closed at the time, with obstacles, but whoever decided that didn't apply to them!

    The cabin itself was spectacular and did not miss a balcony at all!!

    Scott, if booked thru CAS, YOU SHOULD GET THE DRINK CARD NO MATTER THE LEVEL. If you are not booked under CAS, and you haven't ever played to the next level, you get Jade (used to be Lucky) and you have to play to 1500 points to get drink card.

    That's how it has always been as far as my experience with people I've been with.

    Hi look at the chart closely..at least how I'm reading it..

    At the top is ACROSS ALL BRANDS (which includes Oceania and Regent)

    Then about 1/3 down. It say NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE BENEFITS

    Many of the benefits for NCL CAS are still there (no Spa or dining credit but now obc). We just picked up some benefits on the other 2,

    Convenience fee is 3% at the machines, cash advance has to do with getting a cash advance on credit card..completely different thing
