  1. We are deeply saddened by the tragic incident involving a guest aboard the Silhouette, and our hearts go out the family and loved ones. This incident was not related to COVID-19.

Our security team is assisting authorities in their investigation as our care team continues to provide support for the families.

  2. To Celebrity Cruise Official, rather than continue to point people to an FAQ that doesn’t answer the question of “How do two people sharing the same e-mail address log in” maybe you can actually provide a real response. If it can be done, update the FAQ with that question and answer.

Hi - If the FAQ's don't address your question, then please call us at 1-866-755-2171 or you can also email us at: guestaccount-help@celebritycruises.com

  3. None of the FAQs answer my problems, which you should have known if you read them.

    Since my original note, I've:

Tried Edge: LastPass and search don't work there either.

Tried Edge and Chrome without VPN turned on. No difference in searchability.

Tried Edge and Chrome with ad blocker (Ublock Origin) turned off. No difference in Chrome, but I did get valid search results in Edge, so I've got 1 way to search, but now I'm being tracked and I'm getting ads.

Hi - If the FAQ's are not helpful for your specific situation, then please call us at 1-866-755-2171 or you can also email us at: guestaccount-help@celebritycruises.com

  4. So it appears that couples who share one email address (yes there are people out there in that situation, my friends Tony & Judy are one couple, friends Lee and Susan are another, all former Celebrity passengers, all Captain's Club members) are just out of luck? No more accessing their Captain's club accounts. S.O.L.?????

Hello - Their Captain's Club accounts are based on unique numbers, and they will always be able to access them. They will need individual email addresses to create an account. If they have specific problems they can contact us by phone 1-866-755-2171 or they can email us at: guestaccount-help@celebritycruises.com

Give us a call at 1-866-755-2171 to speak to someone about these issues. Thank you.

I just tried that Mary Lou. Thank you for the hint. Unfortunately they can now no longer trace my CC# !!!

This upgrade was tested before it was released? Or are they letting us do the shake out testing for them?

There is no other word for their use of IT that I have seen other than appalling.

If I was the manager of this migration I would expect to be fired. Mind you if I was the manager this would not have happened.

  7. Hi - We are sorry about this! Please see our FAQs here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?p=56188434#post56188434

If you have additional questions about your experience, please call 1-866-755-2171. Thank you.

My Experience in Chrome so far:

    1. LastPass doesn't work

    2. System now only takes Email addresses

    3. I had a 7 character password so I had to do a password reset - This required re-entering all of my information

    4. My captains club number didn't make the transition so I re-entered it to get my past cruises

    5. I cleared my cookies

    6. Signed off and signed back on - New lastpass entry created

    7. Signed off and signed back on - LastPass still doesn't work even with the new entry

    8. Tried to search for a cruise...

    - Filled in the dates

    - Filled in the destination

    - Clicked on Find Cruise

. Got Select your Country of residence

. Down arrow doesn't work, but you can type in Canada if you put your cursor over the word 'Country'

    . Pressed the GO button

Went back to the main page without showing any trips. Dates and destinations have been cleared.

Tried everything in step 8 again with the same results, so as it stands, I can't use Celebrities website to search for trips!

As an ex-IT guy, this is a horrible update.

    1. Run a scan through the database, find all users with a Username or a password that doesn't match the new standards. Send them all an email that outlines how the new system will work and when it will be implemented.

    2. Make sure the system works with standard browsers like IE, Chrome, Edge and Safari

    3. Make sure the system works with standard apps like LastPass.

    4. If cookies are getting in the way of the new system, let everyone know via email before the update.

    5. Don't drop any information during the transition.

    6. Drop down arrows should work.

    7. Gotta make sure that folks can search for trips once they can sign on

Anyone else having search problems? Anyone know a fix for them?

  9. Thanks for this information. Does Celebrity get their beef from Kobe in Japan? Or is Kobe style - as you can see this is confusing people. If it is genuine Dry Aged Kobe Beef from Japan then confirming this will do wonders for sales.

The beef is comprised of an American Kobe Style Beef blend with Dry Aged Rib Cap.

  10. We are getting ready to book cabins for our family today and would prefer to avoid the balconies on the 'smoking' side if possible. I've read conflicting reports here and wondered if anyone knows for sure - but perhaps I'll call Celebrity -- but do the reps even know? :o

Also, is smoking allowed on the balconies? If so, then chances are we could be next door to a smoker anyway.....

    Thanks for helping!

Below are the common smoking areas aboard Millennium. Areas subject change at the ship's discretion.

    • Deck 11 - Mast Bar - Open deck port side
    • Deck 10 - Aft port side Sunset Bar
    • Deck 10 - Port side open deck from the solarium to the midship
    • Deck 4 - Port side

Smoking is not permitted inside any guest stateroom, nor on any guest veranda.

  11. Currently onboard Equinox.

Mast grill is now extra cost just like the post dry dock change to Constellation.

    $10 for 1/2 lbs and $5 for 1/4 lbs !!!

Replacing Mast Grill is our new Top Deck Burger Bar which offers gourmet burgers and hot dogs at a la carte pricing. Top Deck Burger Bar will be serving gourmet burgers such as an 8 oz. dry aged Kobe Beef burger served on a Homemade Brioche Bun. We have moved our complimentary burgers into the Oceanview Café.

  12. We are making every effort to fully accommodate our guests during this unfortunate delay and to provide compensation for any discomfort or inconvenience this has caused.

We recognize that many have planned this cruise to attend the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Monaco. Our One Touch Team will ensure they are still able to enjoy this historic racing event without interruption – all necessary flights and transfers have been arranged.

While in Barcelona, our staff have planned activities and tours to make the most of their stay.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this unfortunate situation. Nothing is more important to us than the quality and enjoyment of our guests’vacation.

  13. Celebrity Cruises is doing our best to make things right for guests on Celebrity Constellation whose vacations have been disrupted. We are compensating guests for missed ports, as well as extra hotel and meal expenses, and offering onboard spending credits as a goodwill gesture. We are also ensuring guests who planned on attending the Monaco Grand Prix will reach the events by other means.

We apologize for this disruption to our guests' vacation plans. Our global team is working hard to help make the best of the situation and ensure all guess have the best vacation possible.

  14. I am going to be on a Baltic Cruise in June with my three year old daughter. I'm wondering if I can take her to the specialty restaurants. She is a very well behaved child who is used to dining in restaurants. She also has a very good palette and will eat almost anything. Just wondering if we would be comfortable at Qsine, etc. We will be on Silhouette.

I can't find Celebrities policy and they seem like they charge full price for children. Not a problem, just curious if anyone knows or has taken small children to these restaurants.

As of November 2015, we have implemented children's pricing in all of our specialty restaurants. Kids 5 and under dine for free. Kids ages 6 - 12 may dine for lunch and dinner at any of our specialty restaurants for $10 per child.

A children's menu has been created for Tuscan Grille. For the same price, children will be able to choose from the children's menu or from the standard dinner menu.

Please note children pricing not available for premium experiences including Chef’s Table, Connoisseur dinners,Food and Wine pairing dinners, Top Chef Dinner etc.

  15. Its been quite a while since we cruised Celebrity. Going on the Equinox in June and with Royal you can bring cokes on board. Does Celebrity allow this?

Thanks in advance to all that answer!

Guests are allowed to bring onboard whatever non-alcoholic beverages that they would like; even if they are products that we offer(including Coke products).

NOTE: The quantity is limited to the amount that is able to be hand-carried.

  16. In an effort to provide all of our guests with the best possible web experience, we are limiting traffic to our new site at this time so we can test in a controlled environment. This will allow us to learn and get feedback from a small population of users as well as rectify any disruptive issues.

  17. We are looking at cruises on Reflection for next August, and noticed that the 10 night Greek Islands on 10th August, has now been changed to a 5 night med taster...? Can anyone confirm please?

Please be advised that the Celebrity Reflection has been chartered for a 5-Night sailing beginning on August 10, 2018. Due to this charter, the original 10-Night Italy& Greek Isles sailing on August 10, 2018 has modified to a 5-Night Mediterranean Getaway cruise now departing August 15, 2018.

  18. Hello,

This is our first cruise with Celebrity, and I have some questions about special diet work-arounds. We notified our TA at the time of booking, and there are notes on our reservation, but I think that only carries through to our meals in the MDR.

Does anyone know if Celebrity has "alternative milks" for coffee, such as almond or coconut milk for people who don't drink dairy?

Likewise, for the afternoon canapes in CC, can we request something else instead of the standard offering? Cheese and crackers won't work for us, but we like the idea of snacks being delivered at a specific time and not having to wait on room service to deliver (which I've heard can be quite slow).

I've read that the dining staff is generally very accommodating with regard to special diets, and that we won't be stuck eating lettuce and pasta for dinner each night. Does anyone have experience in this arena?

Any advice greatly appreciated, thank you.

We offer a separate 14-day Vegetarian Menu that also contains at least one Vegan Selection in every category (appetizers, soups, salads, entrée) each night. Look for the leaf icon to find the vegetarian dishes on the Main Dining Room menu.

Regular Soy Milk is readily available onboard.

For further assistance, please contact our Access Department at (866) 592-7225 or special_needs@rccl.com.
