Hopefully your cruise will still be a go.... looking a little dodgy at the moment... but if you do get on, hope you can take pics and come back and let us know how it was 🙂
Why do you think it is a little "dodgy at the moment"?

This is the first time I used Flights by Celebrity. I've got a set of flights locked in, but how can I go back into the site and check for any updated flights that are better/cheaper. When I go to flight selection again, I can not get past the 'add guest' page as it states that the person 'already booked flights'. Is there a modify flights option somewhere?
Calling is always easiest. I just called due to a price decrease and they were very helpful!!

Probably a no for Royal. I prefer the Celebrity itineraries. We'll see what the prices are before I commit.

Celebrity just announced that the Millenium will be sailing from St. Maarten starting in June.
Vaccinations required for crew and guests over 18.
Under 18 required to show a negative PCR test from within 72 hours.
Everyone will need a negative PCR test within 72 hours as a requirement to enter St. Maarten.
My guess is that Royal will deploy the grandeur here as well since she has no sailings scheduled until her december debut in Barbados.
I hope they choose a larger ship (or two). Millennium is the size of a Radiance class, isn't it?

Hmmm...No Mexican Riviera with Cabo, Matatlan & Puerto Vallarta...so the only Mexican port
is Cabo...sad after all this wait !
Vicki did say that the select 7 night sailings would be the Cabo, Mazatlan & Puerto Vallarta itinerary.

I seriously doubt if Mariner sails for remainder of year.
I actually think Mariner will be one of the first ships back in service. Sails short runs from Central Florida (less impacted by COVID than South Florida). I hope so anyway, as I want to be on it as soon as it sails.

When is yours for the Baltic? Ours is June 21st out of Amsterdam, thank goodness it's still on!
Same one. I'm not confident that it will go because I think they are, more than anything, trying to shorten the cruises. I doubt we will go for a 7 night cruise if it doesn't include the overnight in St. Petersburg. Time will tell. I, like everyone else, just wish they would announce already. Thankfully, we haven't considered air travel yet.

So Royal is just messing with my head at this point! I've been checking my cruise planner prices diligently ever since they were available for our British Isles cruise in July. Now that I've lost faith that the cruise will actually sail, they put the things I was looking at on sale! Ugh!
Mine too for the Jewel Baltic. I think they might be trying to generate that last little bit of cash before they pull the plug on all these extended sailings.

May have to wait for all incoming traffic before she can leave.

In a perfect world...Brilliance stays in Tampa for the summer, and we get another (3rd) ship in PC. Nice new terminal, and still just status quo with 2 ships in PC. 3 days a week with a ship from RCI there...still have four more days to choose from. 😉
Years ago when Royal experimented with EX being here for a season of 9 night cruises...I though...Oh boy, here we go! Loved that cruise on EX to southern Carib! And the ship sailed full each time during that season. But then nothing... 😞
I would love a Royal ship out of PC going to Bermuda in the summer.

Currently on Allure sailing towards Cozumel and thought I would do a quick review of our JS. This is our first cruise back on RCI in 8 years after mostly sailing Celebrity and Princess and definitely not one of our favorites.
You say RCI is not one of your favorites? Which do you like more? Just curious.

They are on Cruising Power now. No Transatlantic scheduled (at least not yet).

That’s too bad. Never thought that would happen with a song being done by Royal’s entertainers. I can bring it up just fine. I guess it is not blocked in the States
I'm in the states. I couldn't open it either.

That was well worth the wait. At work reading this and everyone wonders why I am sitting her chuckling away. Thank you for coming back!!!

We've done it twice. Once just as a couple and once with a group. It was much more fun as a group. I think they brought us everything they have available. We probably won't go back unless we have a group.

CELEBRITY MOVE UP TRACKER (effective April 19, 2019; but can back-fill data, if available)
- Ship: Edge
- Length of Cruise: 7 nights
- Cruise Sail Date: March 10, 2019
- Date email offer received: 2/27/19
- Captain’s Club Tier [“PREVIEW” = first Celebrity Cruise]: Elite
- Booked through Celebrity Direct OR via TA: TA
- Current Cabin: C2
- Bid? Yes/No: Y
If YES - Bidding Details:
- Cabin Category: place winning category, if accepted (all category offers, can be mentioned in comments) S1
- Bid Offer: $1,300 (minimum bid)
- Notification Date: 2/27/19
- Accepted / Rejected Accepted
General Comments (offer details, etc.) Everything I had read about the Infinite Verandas had me nervous that I wouldn't like them. We booked day one so had a VERY low price to begin with. The $1,300 pp was reasonable for a Sky Suite. I couldn't have been happier with the location, layout, etc. Do not regret this decision at all.

We have a similar problem, We have completed four 7 day cruises , two weeks in a JS cabin and two weeks in a balcony cabin.
The total number of cruises taken has increased and correct, but the total points have remained the same.
Emailed RCI various times over the last 24 weeks and received the same answer that the total points were correct
I've had this happen every time I take a cruise. I called Crown & Anchor and they said to go into my settings on the C&A login site and delete my number, reenter the number and voila, the cruise points are added. Hope it works for you.

Currently cruising on Brilliance of the Sea and I have been a long time fan of RCCL. Our cabin has dust and dirt everywhere from prior cruisers. There no longer seems to be any kind of luxary to our room or the ship in general. Everywhere I look there is rust. It seems to have become a party boat as all I could hear were several passengers screaming and partying by the spa as well as our neighbors at 2am.....not to mention the heavy smoked air throughout the ship.....I convinced my friend of how amazing RCCL is and it is her 1st time cruising with them. We are both GREATLY disappointed!!!!
Wow. We were on the same cruise and had a totally different experience. Our room was immaculate (must be the attendant). We commented on how much we love the older ships because they have so much storage - so many shelves and such. We were surrounded by cabins full of children, but being the week after Easter, we totally expected that. The only place we experienced heavy smoke was in the casino. I didn't go in there often as a result.
That is just my opinion. Not faulting your thoughts.

There is no roll call for my sailing as it's 4/2021. Any way to find out what packages offered? Will my TA know? There's a 30-40% off this weekend.
(Can't ask TA today as big sale at Oceania and I know she's overwhelmed.)
It’s probable that no dining plans are available for your sailing yet. They are usually available not much more than a year out. As for soda, Royal has relaxed its policy and usually allows this in your carryon. Hope that helps.

I'm looking at a cruise on Royal Caribbean (in August) and having some trouble figuring out how to view available rooms without actually booking the cruise. I can view on just about every other cruise line if I begin the reservation process, but Royal Caribbean wants me to put down a deposit and complete the reservation before I can even find out if there are two rooms next to each other. Please help me out...perhaps I'm missing something on their new website format? I would love to know if upgrades are available, adjoining rooms are available, or different decks are open, without having to put down money. We are looking at 4 different cruises and all of these details matter as we decide 🙂
Thanks so much!
Are you selecting the option on the right (You Pick your Room) as opposed to the option - We Pick your Room? That may be why you aren't seeing the room availability.

I think the website is confusing because it is trying to combine both requirements for St. Maarten and Greece in one statement. The requirements for Millennium is 5 days and for Apex is 3 days. Hopefully they will amend the site to reflect the separate sailings.
