We didn’t get a letter but that may be because we are Caribbean level we need 1 more point for the Baltic level.

Good morning it is only 9c but looks very bright so hopefully we will be having a sunny day. For the past week or so I have been waking up about 3 or 4 times a night it’s now getting on me nerves as by about 7 in the evening I can feel myself nodding off, might try a couple of drinks tonight see if that helps.

I can now see my cruise history all seems to be working now.

Had very sad news this morning in that my last remaining blood auntie died at the grand old age of 99, only three months off her century.  Now I am in a panic as I will miss her funeral on 31st May as I go away on the 24th.  My husband has assured me he will attend on our behalves but it's not quite the same.  

 

To cheer me up Dutch Decoy is declared to run at York on Thursday.  Hopefully he will finally get his head in front for the first time this year.

 

 

 

 

Sorry to hear about your loss perhaps you can raise a glass when you are away.

Just a heads up to anybody that is thinking of parking at west quay multi storey car park for their cruise, half of it has been closed off for the past 2 weeks don’t know how long this is going to be for.

I have seen some where 3rd and 4th passengers are free I think they are for 25/26.

Good morning all looks like it’s going to be a nice day here sun is out a bit breezy but no rain, busy morning for me have to take the grandchildren to school as my daughter has hurt her back 2 different schools but near each other then rush back take the dog for a walk I’ll be worn out by 10.

I have sailed twice on Ventura on L deck balcony cabin with no problems and as Purplesea said easy for the pool area and buffet. Also on again in June.

Well it’s been interesting to read all the replies, as it’s still over 2 years to go to the cruises I have been looking at I’m going to wait until June my next cruise and see if they are offering anything if not probably wait until next year but I will keep an eye on the prices. Never booked at the last minute as we like to pick our cabin but thanks all for the information.

I think you will need to either phone p&o direct or book with a t/a don’t think the web site could cope with all the cabins

I have never booked while I have been on board are there any benefits to doing this ie lower deposit, on board spend etc any information appreciated.

Its been lovely and sunny here for the last couple of hours but this morning was horrible torrential rain and hail stones so got soak when walking the dog at the beach we looked like 2 drowned rats by the time we got home.

Welcome Julie, I am more of a lurker than a poster (do post occasionally)but I do read this every day and feel like a part of the cc family also a dog lover I have a bolder collie who was 14 yesterday, he still loves his walks doesn’t matter what the weather.
