I would do the filet before the porterhouse if those are your choices. Filet was much more enjoyable. Don't forget the red velvet cake!!

Did one of the romance packages. Got 2 robes, canapes on formal night, non alcoholic champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, framed picture, and breakfast in bed for I think $150. Need to let them know when you board if you purchase cause you won't receive the apps and stuff unless you make the arrangements.

Booked a JS on Oasis in March for Feb 28 2015 sailing for 2600, dropped to 2400 a week later. Checked price today and is now 4999!!! I think I did well. Also booked an OTW cabana in Labadee at the same time.

Been on her twice. Both times were wonderful. DW had concerns about being on such a small ship, as she had only been on Oasis and Liberty. She was pleasantly surprised how much different the classes are.

I had previously cruised on her with my mom and was able to have the best waiter ever on both my trips, his name is Neptali.

Back to what we enjoyed about The Jewel, first time doing the Quest!! So much fun. Our CD was Carly B, and Elvis the activities director.

I believe the captain we had was Captain Gustav. It was undoubtedly one of the best cruises we have ever done.

DW and I were on her in 2012, and just booked a JS in Feb 2015. Most memorable cruise and very exited to go again. We are on the JOS in 20 days. Loving your review as we are also going western. Thanks for the great pics!!

Enjoyed Chops Grill if you are after meat. Appetizer, the field mushroom soup is wonderful. Did the filet and red velvet cake for dessert.
