Does anyone know how internet and phone service works on an Alaska cruise? We have Verizon and are wondering if we have to use the ships internet service.

It certainly will not. Always happy to be on a cruise and we try to always stay positive.

Sad that our first b2b is in September on Harmony after reading these. I was really hoping for a great experience on that turn around day. They give me coffee, they better let me go to a bathroom!
