Did the Caribbean Princess have engine troubles causing the ship to sail slower? Did the ship return for disembarking on time? What time was that. Just curious as I had read something about slower sailing. Thanks

I was wondering if there is an early disembarkation process with Princess in FLL. On my last cruise on Royal Caribbean out of Cape Canaveral, we were permitted to keep our luggage on the last night, and simply walk off the ship carrying our luggage ourselves with the requirement that we were off the ship by a specific time. I was wondering if Princess out of FLL offered a similar process? Thanks.

For the specialty dining restaurant's, do you pay a flat fee cover charge, then order what you want? Or is there a cover charge and also pay for each food item a la cart? Or is each speciality restaurant different? Appreciate information on how specialty dining works, and cost involved. Thank you.

As the OP I appreciate all the replies. Thank you. We each do have a valid Passport, its just that one Passport expires March 7, 2017 and our cruise is Nov. 5-13 ,2016. I was just having concern and wondering if we will have difficulties boarding with a Passport expiring in March which is less than six months from the cruise dates. From the helpful replies, I feel more confident we will be ok. Thanks
