The more my wife reads in the news the more shes thinking about canceling. I dont want to cancel at all. Still about 60 days for a final decision

Not going to cancel my cruise in May. If NCL cancels, nothing I can do. Odds are still on my side for a safe trip.

I hope they start adding waterskiing and wake boarding to the sea days

I'm almost always a last min booker. Myself, the reduced deposits are not much of a perk.

Has anyone been to Junkanoo beach recently? We will be visiting Nassau in May and I am deciding if it's worth the money to spend the day pass at the Hilton vs just hanging out at Junkanoo. It will be 5 adults with 3 kids (all 4 and younger). We are just looking for a decent sandy beach for the kids to play and maybe make a mini sandcastle.

Junkanoo beach was nice. It's fairly big and across the street is some shopping and food. You can get wifi at the Duncan Donut shop too. It's not all tourists, you will be mingling with the locals as well. There were quite a few kids there of all ages. Just think of it as a day at beach like Wildwood or Virginia beach.

Looking to sail out, stay a week and fly back. That's all. Just thinking. I realize bahamas are a lot closer, thought maybe there a line similar to the one there that does regular runs back and forth.

I never thought to ask for a mil discount. We sail in 12 days but it can't hurt to ask. I didn't use a TA, booked right thru the cruise line. When we were looking all the prices from different Web sites were the same as booking directly. We only booked about 3 months ahead of the cruise.

To me the ship or cruise line does not matter. The price has to be good and I want to be able to drive to the port.

I did see customs stop a couple from bringing home a jar of pink sand from bermuda. They carried it in thier hands. I'm thinking if customs did not see it the couple could have gotten it thru. Hint hint.

The savings wasn't all that much. I wondered if the last min cruise sales were all hype. I agree, if you see a cabin you like on a cruise your interested in, book it. Don't wait
