I will check into the 3 night package. I know our cruise is only 5 days so they might have a limit on the packages 

Its my first time on Royal. We are sailing on the Independence of the Seas.  I'm thinking of purchasing the unlimited dining package but not sure if its necessary.  Is it worth it?  Do I have to make reservations to each place?  Just confused as to what I should do.  Thanks in advance for any information.

Is the son that might not be able to go the military person?

 

If you can provide a copy of his orders you might buy some goodwill with Carnival and be allow to cancel.

 

If he is the military person and is not able to go your rate code my change.

 

With the limited amount of information you have provided it might be best to contact Carnival directly and you may wish to ask to speak with a supervisor as yours is not a typical situation.

We booked military rate and know there is a chance my son will not be able to go. Will we get a refund for him? Has anyone ever booked using military rate and if so what was your experience? We do have carnival's insurance. I hope everything works out for him but wanted to check into it just in case. Thanks in advance for the help. Proud Air Force mom

The iced teas aren't made like you think. None of the mixed drinks have more than two shots; as I read a while back, I believe on carnivals site. I have also found out myself on my last couple of cruises. I used to drink iced teas as they economically did the job----and I like them... A lot... Now they make them with some kind of mix. They don't taste right. If I want to tie one on I get a martini. They don't have any way to make one except to fill a glass with gin or vodka.

Yes, I would. There have been enough cutbacks and changes already. Leave at least SOME of the traditional Carnival experience in place. JMHO.
