Ashland, it wasn’t I didn’t like it, I asked for more suggestions.

If we use a shuttle vs cabs, any suggestions for shuttle companies other than previous one mentioned?

What is self assist? Years ago, you could pay extra, they picked up your luggage, took it to the airport & you didn't see it until you got to your home airport.

Our group of 11 needs a vehicle big enough to accommodate us plus our luggage. We will be going from Port Everglades to FLL airport. Any suggestions? I don't want to rely on several Uber/Lyft vehicles.

so port fees can go up after reserved? We booked in 2021. Our port fees were less than what the website is showing so now our confirmation shows the higher fees. We did get a price reduction. I wish when you go online you can get price with refundable deposit. We are a group reserved with a TA so every time I have a question I have to contact her.

The NextCruise holder, can it be removed easily? I don't want sticky stuff on my cellphone case

will putting it in a slot in my cellphone case demagnetize anything? On Odyssey does the seapass have an RFID so it can't have a hole punched? My shorts don't have a loop to hook anything to it.

If at the pool or casino and a drink is brought to you, who will get the tip? Bartender or server?

Are they not doing the Quest anymore?

Does CVS or Walgreens turn in for an insurance claim? My insurance said they don’t pay for travel testing.

I'll make a reservation at Nachi as long as I can cancel up to 24 hours prior.

I have emailed Nachi and no one responds. As long as I know I can cancel up to 24 hours I'm good with making a reservation.

I have several thousand dollars in gift certificates. I don't know how I can sell them. They don't expire but it will be awhile before we can use them. Not a huge savings but every little bit helps.

In 2019 we cruised on Radiance of the Sea. We booked an excursion through Royal Caribbean for a tour of Mendenhall Glacier which included a salmon bake. We purchased some canned salmon in the gift shop but I can’t remember the name of the salmon. Might anyone know?

I cancelled in January before the 90 days. I have a year to apply the balance of my deposit. If I book a cruise and cancel by September 1 would I be able to apply for a refund or FCC until 12/31/2021?

I was waiting to see if anyone had done this itinerary before I posted any questions. So here goes.
We are planning to take the public transportation to PH then back to hotel to retrieve luggage then a shuttle to the ship. We want to tour PH plus the Missouri. Has anyone done both and how long doing it on your own? I know it probably depends on depends on how extensive you look at things.
Not sure what to do the next day. Renting a car for 11 people isn't really an option.
I know on Lahaina we are tendered in. I have reserved a luau at Feast of Lele. It looks like it is fairly close and walkable. Some of my group may not be able to walk that far. Is there transportation readily available? I have a map showing several places close to the pier that we can walk to and see.
At Kona, it doesn't seem like many places are doing tours on a Sunday. What did you do? I was thinking of maybe going to a nice beach. Are there surfers to watch on Kona?
We then sail for 6 days with next stop at Seattle. I don't know if any of my group would like to go to the Boeng Museum, Pike Place or the Space Needle. Some like to shop. Did you need transportation to each of these locations?
Victoria, BC is last stop. In mid-May, will the flowers be plentiful enough to go to Butchart Gardens? I will need to line up a shuttle for us if so. Any other suggestions?
As you can probably tell, I like to arrange all the things we do on our cruises.
TIA

We will be doing the transition cruise in May. I have so many questions and thought maybe someone who did it in 2019 might have some answers. Or maybe you've been there and can answers some questions. We will be going from Honolulu to Lahaina to Kailua then on to Seattle, Victoria, Canada.
-
We will be checking out of hotel and didn’t know where to leave luggage until we can take to pier.
-
Did you do this RCCL transition cruise May 2019? I have several questions from my group. First, coming in a day early, what is the earliest we can drop off luggage at the port? We are going to sightsee early in the day and don't know what to do with our luggage.
-
I have always wanted to try a reposition cruise on RCCL. Therefore, we are going on Ovation next May. Hawaii to Vancouver.

Do you feel those tours at the dock are safe?
