    With the Hub app, you can send messages to other people with the Hub app. Provided you have both paid the $5 fee. Technically if you are only looking to messages to other people on the ship, this would be the cheaper option. 

    Wait what??? So I’m in a room with 3 other girls who’ve purchased the social package, if I want to have a conversation with them through WhatsApp, it won’t work cuz we’re all in the same stateroom?? Or if we all wanna check out social media, we have to take turns?? You’re joking or I’m definitely confused..

    Never used them. We had one tour that was not through the ship, and it was with Viator in Naples. Absolutely stellar tour!

     

    We paid $91 each, we to the Limoncello factory, toured the Amalfi Coast going to Positano, Amalfi, AND Sorrento, had a great Italian lunch included, and then went to Pompeii on the way back to the ship.

     

    Amazing day!

     

    This wasn't really on topic but I have to ask, where did you find this? Before I found itslytours I searched viator and nothing was as affordable as $91.. definitely not all of that..

    Hello!

    I need some help, heres some background first.

    Im a 20 something female planning to go solo on a European NCL cruise from the Civitivecchia port. I would arrive in Rome around 11am on June 28, the boat leaves at 7. i will not be staying in a hotel.

    So heres what im TRYING to do, not sure if its possible:

    I would like to go from rome airport and explore the rome city centre [trevi di fontana and the pantheon, maybe mcdonalds italia?] and then get a ride from the centre to civitivecchia. Then after the cruise get a ride from the port to the airport.

    Ive been scouring the forums and found nothing in either my price range or time frame.

    Any help is GREATLY appreciated :halo:

    Can you update us? I have a similar hair type and I'm looking for something to lengthen/soften my curls. Can you use it with color or henna on the hair? I have both. [emoji4]

     

    So I did the treatment this past Friday and colored my hair the Friday before. I've done a BKT in the past and dyed my hair the day before with no no problems. I don't know why but this time while I was straightening the keratin into my hair, the color burned off from a black purple to a brown violet. Still a nice color but I wanted black. My hair straightened really nicely and it feels amazingly soft. But I haven't washed out the keratin yet. It's finals week so I like not having to do much to my hair. But I do miss my curls :(

    I'll re update after I wash out my hair cuz I'll be going out for my bday for the whole weekend and there is plenty of opportunity for frizz so hopefully it pulls through :)

    Ive never done a Christmas cruise. First and only cruise was in August

     

    Do you miss having your Christmas tree in your stateroom? Do you even put up the Christmas tree back home before you go??

    Oh we'll put it up, I think we will anyway.

     

    Wait... are you one of the one's that doesn't like the holidays and your cruise is your escape? BAH HUMBUG... right???

    NOOOOO, I love the holidays. I just wish it didn't get shoved down our throats earlier and earlier each year. :( They had Christmas stuff for sale in the middle of October :confused: :mad:

     

     

    Our cruise is coming soo soon but not soon enough for me!! First, cold, snowy day here and I want the sun back. :(

     

    I'm wanting to share some early cheer and hear what everyone else is doing this time of year on their cruise!! Share ideas and get some ideas!!!

     

    Our Epic cruise is a surprise for our kids. They don't know and won't know until we our on our way to the airport!

    NCL last minute Christmas cruise deals?

    I have not. In fact, I am booked on the Dec 28th sailing of the Dawn and have been waiting for a price drop to possibly upgrade. Hasn't happened yet. I'm guessing those are popular weeks and most ships sail pretty close to capacity without the need for last minute deals.

    im doing the same thing for our dec 21st sailing on the breakaway.. no budge :/

    Hellooo,

     

    We are going on the Breakaway Dec 21, and one fo the ports is Port Canaveral. There is a Disney park excursion available for 195.. The tickets through Disney are 100, but i was wondering how we would get there and back?

    Has anyone done this or something similar?

    My 5.

    -Theres never such a thing as bringing too much money.

    -Try and eat EVERYWHERE. Theres so many choices id advise that if youve already had a dinner in the MDR try the other options for dinner for the rest of the week.

    -Dont try and do everything in a day, budget your time accordingly. I tried to do 3 things in such a small frame that i tried to fit 2 things in at 2:30.. i ended up only getting to do half of one and completely missing the other because it started already.

    -Get to games early. Cuz people WILL show up. And you might not get a chance to play.

    -Wait for the sales. They will HAPPEN. I got a gold bracelet for like 20 bucks. cubic zirconia for like, 5. real gemstones for 50-80. 10 dollars for a watch set.

    and an extra one

    -DONT FORGET YOUR TOILETRIES! If you burn easily make SURE you brought your sunscreen cuz its REALLY expensive on the ships and in the ports..

     

     

    Now i have to disagree with some peoples rules. since this is all subjective anyways..

    -I over packed. but to ME thats regular packing. I value style. And if i have access to a change of clothes, i change 3 to four times a day. I get people dont always care about what you wear, but I DO. I like to look good. And i dont mind the heavy lifting to do so.

    -Someone said use the ships shampoo cuz your hair will get wind blown anyways.. well its gonna matter when the wind blows and breaks off my brittle hair. i have curly hair. i need moisture.
