Yes! There are pools on both sides.

Yes, it's the same.

The day pass for adults was $55-if I remember correctly. It includes all the food and drinks you care to consume. You get either a table or loungers. You get use of the pool. It costs extra for massages, horseback riding, water toys, pedicures, and wave runners. It's very easy to get a taxi from the port and there were plenty of taxis waiting to take you back to the ship. I think it cost $18 each way for the 3 of us. We loved our day at Mr. Sanchos and wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Club Paris has great food as well.

I paid $45 for 30 minutes. It was a better deal for a longer massage, but I was running out of time.

I was a bit nervous about going on a helicopter as well. I had a death grip on the seat as we took off, but the scenery became so amazing so quickly that I forgot about being scared. It was a very smooth ride. We used ERA.

They have the fish pedicures. Sorry, don't know how much!

We took the train and really enjoyed it--Amtrak Cascades.

We cruised last June to Alaska with our 11 year old. There were about 250 kids on this sailing which many onboard considered to be a lot. It was a little chilly for the outdoor pools. My daughter spent free time in the kids club and really enjoyed herself and met some really nice kids. IMHO, the kids on board were really well- behaved .

I had on a 2 piece tankini type bathing suit. They had me lay face down on the table with my suit on. They covered me with a sheet up to my neck and I wiggled the straps off and pushed the top down far enough to expose my back. Then the sheet got tucked in around me. I had a 30 minute massage so I stayed on my stomach the whole time. When it was over, just reversed the process to get top back on. Great massage! We had a great time at Mr. Sanchos. Try the coconut shrimp!

We were at Mr. Sanchos in March with our 11 year old daughter and her friend. We all loved the beach, food, and horseback riding.

Friends in our party did this in Ocho Rios. One of the men talked to a few of the cab drivers and picked one. They wanted to go river tubing, eat at Scotchies, and do a little shopping. Everything worked out fine and they had a great day. I had never been to Jamaica and wasn't feeling as adventurous. We went with a tour from the ship.

I loved the pineapple coconut mojitos!

Many of the Caribbean ports offer Dolphin interactions. Would it be possible to see the dolphins in another port and do Dunns River Falls in Jamaica? Just a thought!

We did dogsledding with ERA last summer and LOVED it. It was the best part of our trip. That glacier is the only one I've ever been on, so I can't compare. I will say the views were breathtaking and I felt like I was in another world.

We took our 10 year old DD on a Celebrity Alaska cruise last summer. On sea days and after dinner, she enjoyed time in the kids club. She liked Celebrity's kids club better than Disney's. On port days, we spent as much time as we could on land, so there was no time to be bored!

We sailed the Millennium in June 2015 and found her to be a wonderful ship. We wouldn't hesitate to sail her again.

The day we went to Mr. Sanchos there were 6 ships in port and ours didn't arrive until 11. We had reservations for the AI side and I'm glad we did. They were turning taxis away at the gate for the AI side. People could still get in on the pay as you go side.

In St. Maarten try Le Gallion. Protected cove, chairs and umbrellas for rent at a reasonable cost, and a nice beach restaurant.

Not the one by the buffet! I love sangria and ordered one on embarkation day. It had so much cinnamon in it that it burned my throat. I was afraid to try it again after that!

I was on this cruise as well. It was disappointing that the main part of the island was off limits. We thought about heading to the lagoon to escape the crowd, but with 4 families and 6 kids it was just easier to stay put. The group was Lifesource, a German company.

We have been on both the Allure and Norwegian's Getaway. Myself, DH, and DD who was 8 on the Allure and 11 on Norwegian all preferred the Allure. DD definitely liked the Allure's kids club better. The Allure had more pool and deck space.

Try Misty Bay Lodge. We went out on their smaller boat last year and there were only 5 people. We had a lovely day.
Norwegian Free Stateroom Offer
in Cruise Casinos
Posted
My husband received a free stateroom offer from Norwegian / Casinos at Sea which includes free internet, free shore excursions ($50 per port), and the drink package. We've only sailed once before on Norwegian. Are there any catches or other concerns we should be aware of before we start to book?
