Hello - Have to pay my final payment for a cruise I booked over a year ago in Retreat. On the receipt is has daily gratuities and then it's refunded in the fare, just like the internet is; this when it was all-inclusive. However when click on the pull down for "Add-On" it shows pre-paid tips and I can remove it and it does reduce the final amount. I am confused as the fare itself should have already included the pre-paid gratutities/tips. Before I delete this want to make sure I'm not going to be charged again on board. Any guidance?

It's cruise time finally! Staying in Sky Suite and wanted to know if we absolutely have to board at the time we were given or can go anytime? And what time is the earliest - 10:30am? Thanks!
