You received a marketing email from Princess stating there was a sale for suites on a 26-day cruise for $700?

No the email had all different princess cruises, I picked the Asia cruise to look at and that's when I saw all the prices, I booked interior cabin and it all went through and a confirmation email was sent back, so thought it was all good

Well it was a system glitch, so too bad for us they don't have to honour it, talked about giving us some obc but we would have to book another cruise to get it, I don't think so, not after the way they have treated us

Will let you know tomorrow was told to ring back Monday, not looking good though

Well they sent the email, saying it was a sale price, we book the cruise, they sent confirmation back, we where getting all excited, they are a big company, things like that should be checked before sent out.

I booked a cruise online with Princess cruises, they sent me a email with sales, but because they say the price quoted was a mistake they are not honouring the booking, doesn't sound fair to me.

Anyone else booked the cruise last night with the really cheap price, only to find out someone made a mistake working for Princess cruises, I think they should honour the price it was advertised and not cancel the booking after it was confirmed last night.

I have just got back from a 23 night cruise from L.A to Sydney on the Oosterdam. I cant help with smoke smell on balcony rooms but the rest of the ship you really didnt notice it. the smoking areas are only on one side or small part of ship. I was worried when i read about the smoking, but its not as bad as it sounds, even when we went to the casino it wasnt bad as i thought it was going to be, maybe not many smokers on our cruise or we where just there at the right time, but it didnt stink.
