This exactly what really happened. The captain tole me this himself...

Hasn't been available for almost a year now, not even at home any  more....

Last 2 cruises on the Rptterdam, I got a better steak in the MDR than in the Pinnacle.....

Specifically amount of OBC credited. Apparently omly available through Booking Agent....

It happens that way.....

Not on the Delta Platinum that I can see...

If  you have a lot of OBC, wait and let the OBC pay it....

Much simpler than that . First (few) nights, they have to check fixed/as you  wish, and any reservations....

Last 2 cruises on Rotterdam, found MDR steak (more limited variety) better than I experienced in the Pinnacle....

I eat my steak RARE.

It may be that you are only 11 days out (too late), or your fare had upgrade restrictions....

Physically got the passports today. Sent May 2 regular service.

Din not get the old ones back, and did not get the cards...

These will be our last passports......

In the mail. Took 7 weeks, normal service

So it is improving...

I also avoid 7day cruises at Thanksgiving, as well as all Carribean cruises.....

Never encountered a "frantic mob" at the buffet. Qualification; we only ate breakfast and an occasional lunch there,,,,,

On the TA last month, we had at least one elevator in each bank out most of the time. After shows, early dinner, going ashore, we did have to wait a little. No big deal, Nothing  like the bigger ships...
