Hello all. It's been a while and we are thinking of booking a cruise on MSC. It will be our first cruise with them and one of the stops is their island Ocean Cay Marine. Does anyone know if they allow metal detecting there? Thanks in advance.

We will be flying into San Francisco for an Alaskan Cruise. I have never been to SF so I have no idea where the cruise port is in relation to the airport. Looking for some help from experienced cruisers. Also any suggestions as to motels etc appreciated.

Carnival Miracle 6/12-6/22 out of San Francisco.

We have taken 2 of our teenage grandsons on cruises with Carnival and Norwegian and they had a great time on both lines. I think they Carnival best though. We haven't taken them to Alaska yet but we are in June 2023. Already booked.
