Just off the Silhouette and I have to say our best part of the trip..besides the food..awesome weather..and being treated like a King, Queen, and Princess (9 y/o went with us) was the entertainment!

Richard Spacey (cruise director) was absolutely fantastic - SOOO full of energy..hilarious..and just plain out awesome. I seriously don't know how he has the energy he does - always smiling and just plain out funny ALL of the time. Especially his SOCKS and "pool-wear"!

The comedians were great - one for a mature audience (we were still laughing the next day) and one for all audiences - hard to find a comedian that makes late 30's and a 9 year old laugh through-out the show!

The other shows were also great! The dancers, singers...etc..every night we loved going to watch an awesome show - no disappointments.

Captain Emmanouill Alevropoulos was also fantastic - hilarious at times while very honest and "laying it all out there" *talk with the captain was great*.

Fantastic week with fantastic entertainment and crew!

You guys are great! Thank you for all of the responses! Our daughter follows rules better than her parents do - ha ;) She is very mature for her age..so we know she will follow the rules we lay down to a tee. She also needs her sleep and still goes to bed around 8:30..so hoping we can put her to bed - after a busy day on the ship/at port - and then step out for a drink with the hubs. Would love to send her to the slumber party - but know she wouldn't want to go to sleep - which makes for a possibly rough day the following day - especially when there are so many memories to make/things to do!

Yes - totally mature enough..10 going on 30. Ha! It was definitely more around the safety concern. We have been on 5 cruises with Celebrity..first time with our daughter - so it will be a new experience for all of us. :)

Quick question for you guys - what are your thoughts on leaving a 10 year old in the room at night after he/she goes to sleep for an hour or so with a walkie talkie? With the do not disturb sign and instructions on not leaving and calling us if needed?

We were online this morning booking a cruise - it was $599 for a veranda - Western Carribean (7 nights) - we were so excited for such a great price! Then after looking comparing cabins the price jumped to $849. Frustrated - as we almost booked but just wanted to compare cabins.
