    Epic Haven Family Villa vs Allure Grand Suite

    Our family has stayed in the RCCL Grand Suite on the Voyager of the Seas and also the Owner's Suite on Liberty of the Seas. We have stayed twice in the 2 BR family suite on NCL and are booked for our 3rd. We very much prefer the NCL 2 BR family suite!! It is a great set up for us and our 2 children (17 and 12) and really no comparison to the Grand Suite or Owner's Suite on RCCL. In the past, we have tried to book the family suite on RCCL, but they required 5 people. After looking at the layout though, I really think we would prefer NCL anyway.

    I think you will be very happy with your change. My family and I were booked in 14506 this past March and had a MAJOR inner wall flooding issue. We moved to 14010 on Wednesday. NCL did everything they could to make it right, but unpacking then packing and unpacking again really disrupted our trip! I know that the Jewel has just returned from drydock and hopefully whatever the issue was has been corrected, but I really worried about the people who were booked in this room after we got off of the ship. Have a wonderful vacation - the Jewel is a beautiful ship!!
