Curious we usually book last minute deals but never during spring break, has anyone ever gotten last minute deals in March? Thanks.
How do you find out about last minute deals? I asked on another site and it seems no one really answered. Is there a web site or anything that tells you about these deals?
Thank you, in advance, for any information that you can give me.

Just how does one find out about ALL last minute cruises? Is there a web site that we could check?
-
Did I miss something, or misunderstood, that not all adults have to purchase the drink package if they are in the same stateroom?
-
I vote for the Breeze.
How do you have the time for all this cruising? LOL. I thought that you recently started a nursing job. Our son-in-law is a CNRA and he could never cruise as often as you. LUCKY YOU!!!!

OK, I am very confused. Could someone be kind enough to list the complementary restaurants. I have been trying to figure it out, but it seems I just can't figure it out.
Just yesterday I read that Margaritaville (sp) is now an a la carte venue..
Thanks in advance for any information anyone may have.

We were there in March with our grandchildren, and it was a very nice break from the hustle and bustle of some of the beaches that we have been to. The kids love both the beach and the pool. The food was good, too. Not at all expensive.

Sailing RNC,
I see you are on the same Escape cruise as we are. It just seems so long to wait, but we do have another Carnival cruise coming a little sooner. After we make our move south, we will be ready just to relax and enjoy ourselves.

If you have BOOKED the cruise, it's time to start packing! LOL

If you ask me, there is NOTHING better looking than a Marine in his "dress" uniform.

Take a little popcorn salt shaker with you. NO seasonings (butter, fake butter or salt).
-
Hubby went to pick booze we purchased on the ship, and says the morning pick up line was long, but moved quickly.
-
After seeing photos of the menus and food, and reading comments of recent Escape cruisers, I’d pick Food Republic. Having said this, for the kids I'd pick Teppanyaki - when we went the kids at our table loved the "show".
We are sailing on the Escape in the spring, I was wondering where you saw the menu's for the pay eating places.
Thanks in advance.

While DH and I have been on a few cruises, our friends who will be sailing with us next month are newbies. I've mentioned several things to them to bring, but I'm sure that you guys can help me think of more. The things that I've mentioned so far are:
-
Hangers
-
Tervis tumblers w/straws
-
Post-it notes
-
Power strip
-
Copy of your passports, as well as the originals
-
Small bills for tipping porters and while in port
-
Backpack
-
Truvia packs
-
Air fresheners for the cabin/bathroom
-
Thank you cards for wait staff, cabin steward, etc.
What else should I add to the list for them?
Forget the hangers (steward can get you as many as you feel you need)
Forget the post-it notes (there will be a pad of paper and a pen in the cabin)
Forget the thank you notes for the staff (just tip extra if the service was really great)

Hangers

Forgetting to pack hubby any underwear.

Have you tried checking their web sight? Just a suggestion.

We had a port cancelled because someone from another ship, the day before, killed a terrorist that attacked the group. The cruiseline decided it was too dangerous, and we had a lovely additional day at sea.

We used FTTF on our cruise out off Jacksonville, and really thought it was worth the money. Of course, we were traveling with out grandbabies (8 and 10) and it was really nice to have our bags in the room and the kids were able to go to the pool and start enjoying the WaterWorks.
Hubby and I are using it again in March.

Just booked yesterday, 160 days.
-
DocF,what beach do you recommend in Grand Turk? We leave in about 19 days and one of the stops is Grand Turk, and we can't decide what to do while there.
By the way, very cute furbaby!!
-
Hubby always bought cigarettes on the ship, very good price. But, now has stopped smoking, I think that is a much better thing!!
-
We were on a cruise earlier this year, and we had FTTF, and we were not escorted to our cabin. So I don't know what the criteria is for an escort to the cabin.

the people who can't drink 15 a day are the people who are in bed by 9pm. But if you're at the pool, casino, and staying out late at the lounge until the late hours of the night/morning, 15 drinks a day is easy. I usually have to pay out of pocket for the last couple towards the end of the night
wow, just wow!
Reusable Grocery Tote Bag
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
You can buy decorative shopping totes in any Dollar store or grocery store for $1.00 and sometimes even less. I don't think anyone would really want these totes as incentives for frequent cruisers.
