I read we can pack up the tiny little coffee creamers, comes in a box, indiv servings, that doesn't need the fridge. We are doing that, this time. I'm picky about coffee- may just drink my tea or soda instead. We'll see.....
That is exactly what I do. I buy two boxes of different flavors and pack them in my checked luggage. I've never had an issue.

Absolutely worth it. For every aspect of service it covers.

We had wanted to do the dolphins on Blue Lagoon, but I was uncomfortable booking a non ship excursion with the time slots they offered, and the ship excursion was considerably more money. We ended up booking the 2 reef snorkel by boat instead.

I've been wondering why they weren't up. There are also only 15 listed for Nassau and the first round of FTTF for our 4/9 sailing were just made available last week. Seems like each cruise we take it takes them longer to get things in order.

I cashed mine out at the casino on the last day.

We had saved for the Cheers package before they raised the price back up. After that I wasn't paying for it, and I'm glad too, we didn't even spend close to $200 on drinks paying for them individually, and we didn't counting them or anything either, we just aren't huge drinkers. Would we have had a few more if we had Cheers? Yes, I think so (mine would have been mocktails though, so still not worth it), but that would have been simply trying to "break even", so really it wouldn't have saved us anything at all. We won't purchase it unless they start offering cheaper packages or packages where I don't have to buy it if my husband wants it, he drinks more than I do by far when we cruise.

In the spa cabins they are yellow. I saw a lot of dark blue ones elsewhere, so I am guessing that's what the other cabins have. We were on the Dream 11 days ago!

We had ATD on the Elation last year and there was NO issues with the service at all, no matter what time we went. As a former server, bartender, and restaurant manager, of many years, I would definitely have noticed and complained if it was beyond the norm.

I'm heading on two cruises in a few weeks and was planning on getting Cheers on both cruises. I was a little upset with the price increase, but still going to end up getting it... Why? ... Match play..
$5 match play x 15 drinks per day= $75 worth of match play tickets per day for the cost of $57.40 per day plus a heck of allot of drinking. Personally I cant drink all 15, so if Carnival wont let me give them away, ill just sip and dump some for the receipt.
So if you're a gambler like me, you still end up on top
I had read that the match plays ended this summer. Let us know if you find out different.

first, i think that's a bit judgmental and as acknowledged, not in keeping with the dress code anyhow...
second, as you continued, that's just plain wrong... this is the 'uniform of the under 10 years old set at a wedding'?
i don't know what kind of weddings you go to :p
Can I go to that wedding please?;)

We were also planning on trying out the CHEERS program on our upcoming cruise, but this just priced it out of our price range!
Same here. We'll be spending the $600 I saved for it on shore. Bummer.

I'd be irritated if it wasn't playing!

Can I purchase a Carnival e Gift card using my Discover/MC/Visa E-gift card? That seems silly, but it it'll work...
You should be able to!

I want a port in South Dakota! ;)

On our first and only cruise it was miserable in our stateroom. We're making one more attempt on the Dream in December before we jump ship (pun intended ;)) and look for all inclusive resorts with better working accommodations. I can't sleep if it's above 68-70. The 75-80 (or more) that we dealt with last May (2013) on the Elation was horrible. We forked out the money for a jr suite (not worth it in the first place, IMO), which made it even worse because we couldn't use the balcony without raising the temp more, plus who wanted to be out in that humidity and heat when you couldn't even go inside to cool off?!?!

No complaints whatsoever about this ship. Everything exceeded my expectations. Food was very good and plenty of choices during the day. The staff were very attentive. Had a spa room and loved every minute of my time on this ship.
I'm very happy to hear this! We're in a spa cabin on the Dec 7th sailing. Very much looking forward to it!

For us it means 5 drinks each, in a 24 hour period, to more than break even. This is very possible even for a very light drinker. A mimosa at breakfast, two or three walking the ship, sunbathing, and with lunch in the afternoon, and two or three more at dinner, a show, or in the comedy club over the course of the evening. This doesn't even count the endless virgin drinks, juice, and soda whenever we want it. We're going to try it this cruise, and see if we decide to do it again.

We would LOVE this! I hope it's available on our Dream cruise in December!

Ditto....not very good. Went once, won't waste my time again. I am a baker, not professionally but I bake for my own and my familys pleasure, and there is nothing there worth my effort. All of Carnivals dining room and buffet desserts leave a lot to be desired. Now, with that said, the desserts that they sell at the coffee shop are to die for. The big fat chocolate cake is a must for me on every cruise. I think it's only $2.25 for a HUGE piece of cake.
That's good to hear. I LOVE cheesecake, and as a baker myself (professionally), I am here to tell you that the cheesecake at the coffee bar is horrible! It tastes nothing like cheesecake, actually it doesn't have ANY flavor at all. Blech. We'll have to try the chocolate cake! We really liked the cappuccino pie and the wcmc in the MDR.

Don't get too excited. Carnivals chocolate extravaganza is on a sea day afternoon. It's really not that good. This comes from someone who lives for chocolate.
Same!! I was SO disappointed. Most of it was gross.

I've only ever heard of a free small generic steam room for guest use. It's separate from the huge rooms included with spa cabin amenities and purchased spa passes.

When you check in for dinner each night, they put you in the computer system. They know where you're sitting.

I just used it for my cruise in April 2017 for a hair appointment on Elegant Dinner night. It worked perfectly fine. :) If you book a service for a port day, you'll see the prices change to reflect the 20% off when they are in port too.
