Is The Sanctuary on Crown Princess Wheelchair Accessible?

Is The Sanctuary on Crown Princess accessible to handicapped guests in wheelchairs via ramp or elevator?

According to the deck plans on the Princess website there is an ADA lift next to the port side spiral staircase (near Tradewinds Bar) to take you up from Deck 16 (the highest deck the forward elevators reach) to Deck 17. From there it should be step-free to go around the deck surrounding the Lotus Spa Pool to the Sanctuary entrance gate--which if memory serves is on the starboard side, though there may be an alternative entry in more of a straight line from the lift.
