Private Catamaran Tour

We are looking for a private catamaran tour for our family in August. 8 of us total with the young ones being 3 and 6. Everyone else are adults. We are looking for some sailing, snorkeling, eating, drinking, swimming, etc. I sent an email to cozumelsailing but haven't heard back on availability. Are there any other outfits that are recommended?

We have booked the "Cozumel Private Luxury Snorkel and Fishing Yacht Charter Excursion (S1162)" through the Shore Excursioneer website. We don't go on our cruise until January so cannot say how it is, but I have heard lots of good reviews on Shore Excursioneer website. When I contacted them to request our time be changed they responded within 10 minutes stating they would contact the company and get back to me. I had my updated tickets 10 minutes later.
