Cancelling to rebook at lower price and more promos

Has anyone cancelled a booking for a lower price and more promos? In this case, price drop of $400 total for H5 leaving on May 7th on the Breakaway and now including onboard spend along with the free at sea promos. Not sure if it's worth it since cancellation fee.

Your cruise is less than 2 weeks away, so that's 100% penalty fee. Pretty obvious it would not be worth it to cancel! You can try calling NCL to see if they'll give you something for nothing out of the goodness of their hearts.
