We are doing a 3 nt cruise this coming Friday and curious what time boarding starts. We are Diamond level if that matters by a few minutes.

Typically around 11am.

Diamond level and suites guests are not restricted by deck level boarding. Your cabin will not be available till after 1pm though

I agree that this seems to be the norm. But priority check in may not be the same as boarding.

Letters sent to cruisers seem to only apply too new cruisers.

Check in starts at 10:30 and boarding at 11:30 for Suites and Diamond and above.

In December they started check in right around 11, and we went right on board.

Rooms were not ready until 1:30.
