before I book magic couples thermal suite

I hope I ask this question correctly. I want to book the couples thermal suite 7 day pass for my sister and I through carnival site. She is not on my booking, hubby is. Going through the booking process, it doesn't ask who the second guest is. Will it automatically book hubby with me? thank you for any help
