Embarkation Day Serenade of the Seas Grand Suite Lunch Options

We will be on the Serenade out of Boston for Canada & New England soon and are booked in a Grand Suite. Is the Windjammer Café our only option for lunch after boarding the ship? My wife is not a fan of buffet food.
