500 pm departure 500am arrival

Recommended Posts

We've only cruised once before, so don't know if our experience is typical, but we showed up quite early, probably around 10:30 or 11. Check-in and security lines were short and we got through very fast, then sat in a waiting area for awhile until they were ready to let us on board. Departure was scheduled around 5pm. We were on the lido deck having lunch before 12:00. Cabins were made available exactly at 1:30pm. They have doors that they close to prevent you from going down the hallways to the cabins until 1:30, but all public areas were available. If you plan to arrive early, you can take a swimsuit in a carry-on bag so you can be at the pool or in the hot tub early (checked bags won't be delivered to your cabin until later). Casino doesn't open until after you are out at sea.
