Fixed wing to sled dog place????

I looked at a non cruise line excursion that included a fixed wing plane ride to a place that (if I'm correct) was once a brothel and there was an area to walk around and pet sled dogs and puppies. I think the company had a person's name attached. I don't remember which port this was.

Am I ringing any bells? I can't find it on line again. So much for "oh, this will be easy."
