Carnival Valor Spa level room amenities

First time cruiser going on the Carnival Valor, booked room 1104 on the Spa deck for me, my wife and our 4 and 2-year olds.

Two questions:

1. Does being on the Spa deck give you any special access? It looks like on other ships e.g. Vista the cabins are designated Spa cabins and thus you get special access to the spa but not on the Valor
   
2. Where is the Camp Ocean located? I looked at the deck plans on Carnival's website and did not see it although the site claims it is on all ships
