Signature Cruise includes alcohol?

Saw somewhere on this forum about the signature cruises including beer/wine/soft drinks etc. Which ones are the signature cruises and where does it talk about what's included/excluded in the deal? Thanks!!

See the posting by Jazzsea (Carol), which was last updated on 8/13, and is currently at the bottom of page 1 of this board (but may slip to page 2). Maybe she can update us: certainly Windstar has done a poor job of describing these cruises on its web site. I wish they had at least one signature cruise at a time when I could take it; but they don't.

Page 14 of the 2005 Sailing Atlas states:

We've included all kinds of extras with these special itineraries, including one shoreside event, complimentary soft drinks, water and beer; house wines with lunch and dinner; plus a liter of spirits in your stateroom. It's all taken care of for you. All you need to do is relax and have a wonderful trip."
