How do I change my CC password?

This may be in the wrong thread but how do I change my Cruise Critic password??

When I go into the control panel to edit my e-mail and password, it asks for my old password which I do not remember. The temporary password doesn't work either.

If you still have access to the email that is associated with your Cruise Critic account, then clear all your cookies and click on "Forgotten password".

That is how I got in this time but it does not give me an option to reset my password. I keep having to select "forgot password" to get in. I will try again. Thanks!
