Are 3rd Person Fares In Stateroom Less Than Full Fare?

I'm looking at the prices for the June 29 Norwegian Wonders cruise and see per person rates. But, I don't see mention of 3rd person rates - typically lower than 1st and 2nd. I've not sailed Cunard before - do they offer 3rd person rates - this would be for my 12 year old son.

Yes, the 3rd/4th person fare is less than regular fare. We are taking my niece on the QM2 in November and we got a 3rd person fare for her. Look at the cunard site (http://www.cunard.com). Select voyage planner and select the destination you are cruising. This should have the 3rd/4th rates listed at the bottom of the cabin availability list.
