Kotor to Porto Montenegrohi

Hi

 

We have read about a place called "Porto Montenegro" which has a shopping area and some nice restaurants. How easy is it to get to alone when docking in kotor? I'm not good with public transport I'm so scared of getting lost, would it be possible to get a taxi? How long would it take and how much would it cost?
