Can someone tell me approximately how much time you have on shore if you opt not to take an RC excursion (since those get on the tenders first)? Also, can anyone recommend a driver for a day on Belize? TIA!!

You have as much time between departing ship and it's all aboard time. So, we anchored off of Belize at 9 am according to the ship, first tender was approx 9:30 (and things went smoothly) and last tender was at 5;15 pm. So from the time to depart ship, tender in and do your adventure, you have till 5;15 to catch the tender back. And ship leaves quickly after that tender arrives.

we didn't book a RC excursion, but when we got to the pier, we found a company (sorry, forget the name, but it was a reputable one, all pier workers were dressed in flowered shirts) and agreed on a price and took a 2 hour city/country tour in an a/c van with Leonard. He was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. We (4 of us) thought it was long enough, but there are other things/sites to see and do.
