Which Hotel?

I have these three hotels reserved for a night before our cruise. We come in on a red eye Saturday morning and our cruise leaves Sunday night so we will have about 2 full days. Our plans are some beach time, good food and exploring the forts. We are a group of 8 with three kids, ages 11, 14 and 16 and will have 2 hotel rooms. All seem fairly similar so I am having a hard time choosing.

 

1. DoubleTree- $358

2. AC Hotel- $430

3. Best Western Plus Condado- $480

 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
