Pacific Pearl Lunch and Tour

On the 21st December 2010, me, my mum and dad were lucky enough to have lunch and do a tour of the Pacific Pearl!! :mrgreen: .

I did not know in till we got down to Queens Wharf if we made it to the list of people able to do the tour, otherwise I would have said that I was going on the Pacific Pearl!.

We had a great time on the tour and the food was wonderful!

Sorry it has taken me this long to get the photos on-line, but I took around 300 photos that day (That afternoon we had the Pacific Pearl naming ceremony as well), so it has taken me a bit of time to go thought them all.

Arriving at Queens Wharf: (As you can see they where almost ready for the naming ceremony that night)

That day the Sun Princess was in, and as we slightly early we had a walk and get a drink.

In Queens Wharf Shed: (It was nice & Cool inside, it was quite warm that day)

As we where waiting to board the ship, someone from the Sun Princess tried to get on the Pacific Pearl!!, security turned her around and she went back to the correct Wharf.

I had the "beef carpaccio": ( I think mum and dad did too)

A Waiter we have had a few times on past cruise: (It was quite funny we walk in the doors to the Waterfront and we meet a waiter we had before :D)

During our lunch CEO Ann Sherry and Caption Charlie Carr came to talk to us (They just welcomed us aboard and said about the ship etc…. (And the Caption said that it was the fastest ship in the P&O fleet!)

This was the " mushroom and green asparagus risotto (which all 3 of us had):

We never got to see the Wine Room, we where meant to but our guides forget to show us it :o
