Can anyone tell me the deals on HAL to book new cruisers? I know the deals on a Princess having been on 2 cruisers, does HAL have one where the tips are paid and they give sone OBC?

HAL runs deals all the time and they vary as to what is offered. Best thing you can do is to visit the HAL website on a regular basis and see what interests you.

Yes, HAL does offer paid gratuities and OBC on some bookings. Did one earlier this year and have one booked in Jan 2020 with both of these perks. Call HAL and ask which cruises this might apply. Also check website for deals.
