Papillon Service

Anyone familiar with this travel service? They do port excursions in Italy, Southern France & Spain. Considering them for our trip. Please advise.

We did then last year for a trip to Pisa and Florence from Livorno cruise port, fantastic tour , company was great , driver/ tour guide could not have been better , they were flexible, we had 8 people , started in Pisa then Florence they pre-bought tickets to see museum with David for those who wanted it and also skipped line there, then a vineyard and wine tasting and back to port in plenty of time, could definitely use them again

We used Papillon in both Livorno and Civitaveccia on our cruise this past October. As mentioned by another reviewer, their service is exemplary. Response to my inquiries was prompt and attentive. They are more than willing to customize your tour to suit your needs and "wants." Our day out of Livorno to the Tuscan Countryside (Volterra and San Gimignano) was one of the best tours we had. Our tour out of Civitavecchia included Civita di Bagnoregio. It is an amazing place to see; but, you do need to be "mobile" enough to walk up the hill to the city and then back to the area where your tour guide will need to park (takes about 25 - 30 minutes each way).
