I want to recommend a free walking tour I did earlier this month in Riga (Latvia). It starts at 11am in front of the St.Peter's Church (close to the Town Hall/Tourist Office square). Our guide Toms spoke excellent English and was friendly and professional, knowledgeable about his country and happy to answer questions. There's no need to book - just turn up, whatever the weather. http://www.toursinriga.lv
