English Harbour Self-Guided Tour Questions

Hello Fellow Cruisers!

It turns out our ship has rerouted us from St Bart's to Antigua on December 1st. We've been to Antigua before and enjoyed an incredible day enjoying the beach and lunch at Jacqui O's. We'd love to try something new this time, namely exploring the English Harbour area.

We are cool with taking the public bus but think we may need to take taxis this time to fit everything in. We'll be in port from 9am to 6pm. Ideally, we'd like to be back near the pier by 4:30pm at the latest, just to be safe. Having said that is the following doable?

-Take a taxi from the pier to Shirley Heights for a quick photo op and then take the taxi to Galleon Beach for snorkelling and maybe a bevy at the Cheeky Marlin.

-Take the water taxi back to Nelson's Dockyard to explore for a little while. (I read that the water taxi isn't always running. Could the team at Cheeky Marlin could call us a regular taxi?)

-Either hike or take a taxi from Nelson's to Pigeon Beach to have lunch at Catherine's Cafe and wrap up the day on the beach.

-Taxi back to the pier.

I know there are full day tours that cover some of these things but haven't found one that covers this particular plan. We are energetic, adventurous and like to customize. :) Any suggestions, modifications and taxi driver recommendations are appreciated! Thank you all for your input!
